Birthday and Cabin Trip

Turns out I get to have 3 parties this year since I'm 3!!!

On my actual birthday, I got to have a little party at daycare with a yummy fruit pizza from Erica and then when I got home, Mommy and Daddy took Jay and I to the park and dined on my favorite . . . McDonalds! Plus I got to open some presents.

Then Mommy took Jay and I to the cabin for a long, holiday weekend.

The weather was great!
Jay liked practicing walking on the dock with Mommy
and
I was so happy to be out in the sun, enjoying the sand and water one more time this summer!

Jacey, Morgan and Lexi were with too.
We liked to watch all the boats on the water from the pontoon, while we waited to go out on the lake too.

We loved going really fast and shouting "faster" in the speedboat while Uncle Jason went tubing.

Last year, I was terrified of the boat . . . not anymore!

Jacey is so brave, she even went tubing with her daddy. I'm not near that brave yet!

Jay LOVES to swing . . .

but is not nearly impressed with his lifejacket!

He liked trying to drive the boat with Papa's help a little better.

Grammy taught me how to use this fun squirter to have a waterfight.

Bad choice on Grammy's part. . .

since I chose to use it on her!

But she didn't even get mad at me.
Like I mentioned earlier, 3 parties . . . I got to have party #2 at the cabin.!

Mommy made me a yummy cake with sprinkles all over.

I had a little trouble blowing out the candle though. Luckly, Uncle Jason was great help.

Mommy caught Jay and I having a lovable sibling moment together!

Pretty soon Jay will be having his birthday party. That's when I get to have party #3 to celebrate with family. Look how big he looks next to cousin Lexi!

Remember that practice walking on the dock Jay was doing with Mommy earlier, well at the end of our trip, he finally took a couple steps for Mommy to snap a quick photo of it!

Jay thought the stairs at the cabin were great for climbing too. He even convinced Aunt Johanna to climb with him!
